Every LOVETT garment is made with care and intention. We want you to feel fully confident when shopping with us.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Worn, altered, or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to switch size or style, we’re happy to help (subject to availability).
• If the requested piece is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process.

How to Start a Return

• Email info@lovettworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll send instructions and a return label if applicable.
• Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Additional Notes

• US returns are free.
• International returns are accepted, shipping at customer’s expense (duties/taxes are non-refundable).
• Sale items and custom/archival pieces are final sale.
